Boardroom Baker is a home-based bakery operating in Ontario, Canada. All products are handcrafted in small batches and sold directly to customers through our website.

2. Products & Availability

All products are made to order and subject to availability. Product offerings, flavours, designs, and decorations may vary based on seasonality, ingredient availability, and creative discretion.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed through our website unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
    • Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout
    • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

By completing checkout, you confirm that all order details are correct.

4. Final Sale Policy

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Boardroom Baker does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to all products, including custom, seasonal, limited-edition, and promotional items.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Order Issues & Errors

If you believe you received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be reviewed.

6. Pickup, Delivery & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate pickup or delivery information at checkout.

Boardroom Baker is not responsible for:
• Missed pickups
• Delays due to incorrect information
• Quality changes after products leave our possession

Once an order is picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Allergen Disclosure

All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other allergens.

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Boardroom Baker is not responsible for allergic reactions.

Customers with allergies or dietary concerns should contact us prior to placing an order.

8. Custom Orders & Design Variations

Custom designs, decorations, and flavour selections are interpreted artistically. Slight variations in appearance are natural and do not constitute defects.

Custom and personalized orders are strictly non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product names, descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of Boardroom Baker and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Boardroom Baker shall not be held liable for:
• Allergic reactions
• Improper storage or handling after pickup/delivery
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

11. Force Majeure

Boardroom Baker is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply shortages, power outages, or third-party service disruptions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms
