At Boardroom Baker, every order is handcrafted and made fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Signature Cookies
  • Petite Cakes
  • Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
  • Custom, seasonal, limited-edition, or promotional items

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Boardroom Baker is not responsible for errors made during checkout, including:

  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect flavour selection
  • Incorrect pickup or delivery details

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you believe you received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • A description of the issue

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be reviewed.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

Boardroom Baker cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for allergic reactions. Customers with allergies or dietary concerns are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom designs, decorations, flavour requests, and special orders are prepared specifically for each customer and are strictly non-refundable.

Minor variations in appearance or decoration are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes changes to flavours, quantities, pickup dates, or order details.
