Pickup & Delivery
At Boardroom Baker, every order is handcrafted in small batches and scheduled for designated pickup or delivery days to ensure freshness and quality.
Local Pickup (Durham Region)
Local pickup is available from our home-based kitchen located in the Durham Region.
The exact pickup address will be provided after checkout in your order confirmation email.
Pickup Days & Window
- Wednesdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Customers will select their preferred pickup day at checkout.
Order Cutoff Schedule
To maintain quality and production timelines, orders must be placed within the following windows:
- Wednesday Pickup
Orders must be placed no later than Tuesday at 6:00 PM - Saturday Pickup
Orders must be placed no later than Friday
Orders placed after cutoffs will automatically roll into the next available pickup date.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available within select areas of the Durham Region for a flat fee of $10.
- Delivery dates follow the Wednesday/Saturday schedule
- Delivery occurs after the pickup window has closed
- Delivery timing will be confirmed following checkout
