Ordering

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Select your treats, choose your pickup day or delivery option at checkout, and complete payment to confirm your order.

Yes. As all Boardroom Baker creations are made fresh to order, all sales are final. Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded once placed. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout.

Pickup

Pickup is available from our home-based kitchen in the Durham Region.

For privacy and security, the exact pickup address is shared in your order confirmation email after purchase.

Pickup is available during the following windows:

  • Wednesdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    You’ll select your preferred pickup day at checkout.

To ensure freshness and quality:

  • Wednesday pickup: Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 6:00 PM
  • Saturday pickup: Orders must be placed by Friday

Orders placed after these cut-offs will be scheduled for the next available pickup date.

Orders not collected within the scheduled pickup window are non-refundable and may be forfeited. Please plan accordingly.

Delivery

Yes. Local delivery is available within select areas of the Durham Region for a flat fee of $10.

Delivery follows the same Wednesday/Saturday schedule and takes place after the pickup window has closed. Delivery timing will be confirmed following checkout.

Products & Ingredients

Always. Every Boardroom Baker order is handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients to ensure the highest quality and flavour.

Some products, such as Petite Cakes, may offer flavour selection or customization. Availability varies, so we recommend reaching out before placing your order to confirm options.

Allergens & Dietary Considerations

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other common allergens. While we take care in our process, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and are not responsible for allergic reactions.

Customers with allergies or dietary concerns are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering.

Special Events & Scheduling

We understand that special occasions don’t always follow a schedule. If you have an event that falls outside of our standard Wednesday or Saturday pickup and delivery windows, please contact us to discuss your options. While availability is not guaranteed, we’re always happy to explore what’s possible.

Absolutely. Many of our offerings are designed with gifting in mind, from our signature cookies to chocolate-dipped strawberries and curated boxes.
